Turin, 30 June 2017 – Deliveries with zero emissions in Turin and in other four cities of Piedmont thanks to CityLogin. Sephora Italia, committed to a environmentally-responsible route, has opted for the zero-kilometer logistic sustainable project of FM Logistic that will deliver shipments to the region for the leading cosmetic company. The fleet with a low environmental impact by FM Logistic - the international logistic operator leader in the supply chain and transport market, spread in 13 different countries and with a turnover of 1.034 million euros - will save almost one ton of CO2 emissions for each single truck every year.
In 2007 Carrefour France entrusted FM Logistic with its platform at Laudun L’Ardoise 50 km from Nîmes for it to manage the logistics for the non-food products for its hypermarkets in southern France. Ten years on, the warehouse has been extended to enable the distributor to deliver to almost 450 stores (Carrefour hypermarkets and Carrefour Market supermarkets) by 2018, compared to 45 currently, relying on a workforce that will eventually increase from 170 to 320 employees.
This development is part of a process of simplification and modernisation of Carrefour’s supply chain, with the aim of supplying its stores in the South of France whilst reducing transport costs and limiting its environmental impact.
Thanks to Citylogin, the sustainable logistic project, we will save 2,9 tons of CO2 for each single truck.
FM Logistic, the international logistic operator leader in the supply chain and transport market, spread in 13 different countries and with a turnover of 1.034 million euros, signed a new contract for the distribution of goods on all Carrefour Markets present within Milan’s city center, called Area C, with low CO2 emission trucks.
Since the beginning of February 2017 the deliveries distribution to Carrefour shop markets in Milan’s City Center (Area C) is deployed with a bimodal truck. If the outputs of the tests are positive the project will be extended with the introduction of new hybrid and bimodal trucks

The European Technology Platform ALICE announces the appointment of Pablo Gómez as its vice president who will combine this vice presidency with the responsibility of the business in FM Logistic.

FM Logistic’s brand new platform is in the region of Noguinsk, 40 km east of Moscow where operations will start on 1 September. Objective : to support Henkel’s development in Eastern Europe. The platform which will eventually measure 80 000 m² has been strategically built close to Henkel’s Beauty Care production site.
