Every year, Giving Tuesday celebrates generosity and civic action around the world. The 2025 edition once again made a strong impression at FM Logistic. This year, our headquarters in Phalsbourg and Roissy, along with nine French platforms, answered the call, joined by India, Spain, the Czech Republic, Poland and Ukraine. From individual efforts to collective impact, discover how this day mobilised our employees and strengthened the support provided to our partner associations.

The power of local volunteering: Multiple initiatives in the field

The heart of Giving Tuesday lies in local action. This year, the commitment of our employees in France has been particularly remarkable, resulting in a range of targeted initiatives across the country.

Our headquarters in Phalsbourg actively joined the effort by organising a collection that will be donated to our partner Vincent de Paul. Roissy rallied behind a children’s rights foundation in Bobigny.

At the same time, nine of our French platforms (CPN1, CPN2, EPX, FCE, FLS, HEU, TOL, SAV, ENT) organised collections of toys and board games for children in precarious situations, as well as collections of basic necessities, ranging from household linen to essential food aid for the most vulnerable.

An international commitment 🌍

In Spain, teams came together for charity walks in Illescas, Valls and Puigpelat, bringing together more than 170 participants to raise funds for Save the Children and the Red Cross (donations of food and supplies). In Ribarroja, a collection of hygiene products was also organised. At the same time, volunteer initiatives with Moët Hennessy and Madrid Accueil enabled the preparation of essential items and Christmas parcels for the associations La Nau and L’Entraide Française.

In India, the head office team visited the NGO Work for Equality to donate essential items and school supplies to young beneficiaries. Our colleagues at the Bangalore platform also took the opportunity to visit the Antharanga residential school for disabled children and the Kolara retirement home in Bangalore, where they gave gifts to the beneficiaries.

Ukraine collected nearly 100 kg of various items (clothing, toys, shoes) to support the families of SOS Children’s Village.

In Poland, the spirit of generosity for Giving Tuesday was concentrated in 10 platforms, with an impressive mobilisation of teams. They organised a campaign to sell charity cakes to raise funds for healthcare centres and various children’s homes. At the same time, this commitment took the form of collecting art supplies for after-school clubs and preparing and distributing Christmas parcels for children from disadvantaged families.

In Brazil, FM Logistic Brazil focused on nutrition by distributing 1,535 litres of milk to two local NGOs – Prohacc (São Paulo) and AFH (Itajaí) – which support vulnerable children.

Finally, the Czech Republic and Slovakia celebrated generosity by preserving its traditions. At the Lovosice site, the Litoměřice orphanage received a surprise visit: three employees in costume distributed gifts to the children. At the same time, the Tuchoměřice platform was able to distribute school supplies to the children of the Ledce orphanage, thanks to a generous donation from their client BIC. In recognition of this solidarity, the children warmly thanked all the teams by making beautiful greeting cards.

A meaningful outcome!

In total, more than 900 employees were involved in 25 concrete actions. Thanks to this extraordinary mobilization, FM Foundation was able to support 31 local and international charities and organisations.

This event goes beyond a simple day of giving. It illustrates how the commitment of our teams can be transformed into a powerful lever for social change. The FM Foundation would like to warmly thank all the employees who made this initiative a success!
