Our logistics hub in Guadalajara, FM Logistic Guadalajara, is located in the El Ruiseñor Sur Industrial Park in Guadalajara, Spain. This location is part of one of the main logistics hubs of the Henares Corridor, which facilitates efficient connections to transportation networks and enables the swift distribution of goods to various destinations across the region, thereby optimizing logistics operations.
The facility is located on a 60,077-square-meter lot, with a total floor area of approximately 36,180 square meters, including 886 square meters of office space, creating a space designed to provide operational capacity, organizational structure, and efficiency in logistics management.

The warehouse has been designed with an optimized storage height of 12.2 meters, allowing goods to be organized across up to six pallet levels, thereby enhancing operational capacity, space management efficiency, and the smooth internal flow of logistics.
The new warehouse will be designed to achieve LEED Gold certification, comply with Factory Mutual’s HRP (High Risk Protection) standards, and meet the requirements for Tapa B certification (certification for building security against intrusions).
