Carrefour trusts in FM Logistic to manage its logistics warehouse in Valencia

FM Logistic has started to manage Carrefour’s retail operations in Ribarroja, Valencia. This 55,000 m2 warehouse employs more than 250 people and supplies 230 stores in the Levante, Balearic Islands, Murcia and Albacete areas.

The activity that FM Logistic has started to operate in this warehouse includes unloading, location, order picking and dispatch, with more than 70% of its flow being mechanized. The product categories managed in the warehouse are: dry food, bazaar, textile and household appliances. At this location, FM Logistic handles a volume of more than 160 trucks per day between incoming and outgoing goods. The Ribarroja platform is therefore a multi-channel platform serving all of Carrefour’s different formats: hypermarkets, supermarkets and convenience stores, which are key to the configuration of its supply chain.
