FM foundation’s new annual report: collective boldness and talent engagement shaping inclusive communities.

The 2025/2026 edition of FM Foundation highlights twelve months of solidarity initiatives, human success stories, and concrete actions on the ground. 

Through authentic stories, we look back at the key moments of recent months. This retrospective embodies the continuous dedication of our teams, the energy of our staff-members, and the tangible progress achieved thanks to the overall mobilisation of our ecosystem: partners, local teams, clients, and shareholder families. 

The initiatives deployed during this period directly supported 4,489 beneficiaries through programs designed in close proximity to our operating locations.

Throughout these pages, we invite you to discover the results of our recent partnerships, which are paving the way for inspiring journeys. These actions focus both on supporting vulnerable populations toward employment and on ensuring the protection and well-being of at-risk children. We celebrate the success of these solidarity initiatives, made possible by the spontaneous involvement of 694 employees working alongside 23 partner organisations.

In this report, we primarily highlight our partner organisations and the work accomplished together on the field. You will explore how our logistics expertise has been transformed into genuine social drivers around our key pillars : Build, Pass on, Celebrate, and Innovate. Guided by a constant commitment to high standards, we also detail all our impact and financial statements, providing a clear overview of the results achieved and the resources allocated.
