FM Logistic Ibérica has been recognized with the “Happy at Work” and “We Impact” certifications, two distinctions that accredit the company’s commitment to the well-being of its teams, equity and sustainability. These distinctions, awarded by the Choose My Company platform, are based on the voluntary and anonymous opinions of the employees themselves, which gives the results a particularly significant value.

Excellence in the work environment: “Happy at Work”

With an overall score of 4.08 out of 5, FM Logistic Ibérica has passed the threshold required to obtain the Happy at Work certification, which recognizes companies where employees feel valued, involved and proud of their work. This score reflects that more than 4 out of 5 people would recommend FM Logistic as a good place to work.

Among the aspects most valued by the company’s professionals, the following stand out:

  • Work-life balance: 73% are satisfied with the way they balance their personal and professional lives.
  • Usefulness and impact: 73% believe that their work has a real impact on the company’s success.
  • Pride of belonging: 73% are proud of the services offered by FM Logistic.
  • Environmental commitment: 75% believe that the company adequately incorporates current environmental challenges into its strategy.

Social and environmental impact: “We Impact”

The second certification obtained, We Impact, evaluates the company’s ability to generate a positive impact beyond its economic objectives. FM Logistic Ibérica achieved a score of 3.82 out of 5, reflecting a strong commitment to sustainability, diversity and social responsibility.

The most noteworthy data are:

  • Gender equality: 82.2% of employees believe that management promotes a real balance between men and women at all levels of the organization.
  • Environmental sustainability: more than 7 out of 10 people perceive that FM Logistic’s way of working is environmentally friendly.
  • Ecological awareness: more than 70% believe that the company is actively engaged in external initiatives to preserve the environment.
  • Social awareness: 76% believe that FM Logistic’s actions have a tangible impact on society.
